Several attempts at the citrus peel before we got this right

The lemon mousse came together pretty quickly. Getting the citrus peel to do as we wanted was a learning curve all its own though!

Another rare fruit in our shops

You don’t see redcurrants for sale much in the shops so this year I grew my own. They have a sharpness that is refreshing in the height of summer.
